Dumfries Primestock Report
C & D Auction Marts Ltd held Weekly Sale of Primestock in Dumfries on Wednesday 22nd June 2016.
A small show of Prime cattle were easily sold especially if handy weights and were well short of buyers requirements. Many more could be sold to advantage each week.
Sale topped at 213p for a British Bluex Heifer from Mr J Jardine, Yett to J Hall Butchers Kirkcudbright
Limousin to 210p from Yett, Johnstonebridge to R Johnstone & Sons Butchers Annan
Another good show of 71 OTM Cattle were forward to the usual ring of buyers and were heavly sought after, many more could have been sold.
Sale topped at 144ppk from Carsegowan.
