C&D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of primestock in Dumfries on Wednesday 16th February 2022.

Prime cattle met a firm demand selling to 274p/kg for a limousin x heifer purchased by regular buyers R. Johnstone and Sons, Annan and sold by J. Jardine, Yett. Bullocks to £1674.80 Fauldingcleugh.

OTM's: Tight on numbers – More buyers in attendance. Trade for all classes much sharper. More required on a weekly basis to fufil buyers needs.
