C&D Auction Marts held their fortnightly sale of OTM and Prime Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 22nd July 2024.

An increased ringside of buyers were in attendance with trade for all classes easily maintain recent rates.

Beef cows averaged 204.7p/kg selling to 240p/kg or £2112.00 from A Ewart & Son, Kirkhill

Dairy cows averaged 172.0p.kg selling to 250p/kg or £1562.50 from DJ Kincaid, Slacks
