Dumfries Store & Breeding Cattle Sale Report

C & D Auction Marts held their fortnightly sale of 619 Store Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 1st April 2024, along with the spring sale of organics.

187 Organic Cattle created plenty of interest, a good ringside of buyers actively sought cattle which comprised of mainly yearlings. A & A Robinson, Kirwaugh topped the days trading at £1760 with Angus Bullocks.

Organic Bullocks to 407.5 p/kg average 356.22 p/kg or £1246.60 selling to £1760.
Organic Heifers to 417.4 p/kg average 327.1 p/kg or £1118.61 selling to £1510.
