Dumfries Store & Breeding Cattle Sale Report

C&D Auctions held their fortnightly sale of store cattle in Dumfries on Monday 3rd February 2025.

283 forward, new and old buyers in attendance with trade exceptional. Outstripping demand with all weights and sizes wanted. Archbank Farming Co, Archbank sold the top priced bullocks at £2200 with JD Quigley & Son, Craigielands Hill selling at 455.4p/kg. Heifers sold to £1850 from DJ Gordon Wright, Innerfield and to 381.4p/kg from D Sloan, Backburn.
