Longtown Store & Breeding Cattle Sale Report

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers’ Mart plc held their fortnightly sale of store & breeding cattle on Tuesday 7^th July, 2015 at Longtown Mart. 

A smaller show of 31 store cattle met a wonderful trade sending vendors home delighted with their returns and many more needed to satisfy demand.  The sale was topped at £1,090 and £1,080 for Limousin bullocks sold by G.B. Forster, Desoglin.
