Longtown Store & Breeding Cattle Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their fortnightly sale of 38 store cattle on Tuesday 6th December 2016.

A small show of cattle due to the time of year. Trade was dear and many more could have been sold. The sale topped at £1,000 and £940 for Charolais bullocks from J Watret, Burnside, Annan. Heifers topped at £930 from J Irving & Son, The Stubb.

Please note there will be no store cattle sale on Tuesday 20^th December, next sale Tuesday 3^rd January followed by Special Sale of Store Cattle and Suckler Calves on Tuesday 17^th January. Please advise all entries to the office or any member of the cattle team.
