Longtown Store Cattle Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their fortnightly sale of 45 store cattle on Tuesday 4th December 2018.

An improved show for quality saw cattle meeting an increasing demand and selling above vendors expectations. Sale topped at £ 1,180 for a Limousin heifer shown by Devonport Farms, Hexham, with others to £1,100 again for Limousin and British Blue heifers from the same home.

Next sale Tuesday 15^th January 2019, catalogued sale so please advise any entries.
