Longtown Store Cattle Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their fortnightly sale of store and breeding cattle on Tuesday 19th November 2019.

A similar entry of store cattle, although a mixed entry, sold to a top of £865 for a Limousin bullocks from RJ Anderson & Son, Penchrise, Hawick, who also sold Angus bullocks at £835. Heifers to £800 for Limousins from D Story, Greenburn, Claygate with Limousin bulls to £800.

Breeding cattle sold to £640 for a thirteen-year-old Highland cow with Simmental heifer calf at foot from J Jackson & Son, Pole Farm, Argyll.
