Longtown Store Cattle Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts Limited held their fortnightly sale of store cattle sale on Tuesday 27th April 2021.

Another good entry of store cattle were forward, with all classes in demand and selling beyond vendors expectations.

The sale topped at £1,255 for a Limousin bullock shown by CT & J Wigham & Son, Hethermill, Kirklinton, who sold others at £1,205 (x2). Charolais bullocks to £1,000 from PF & EJ Bloxham, Linnbridgeford, Waterbeck with heifers selling at £990 for a Limousin from E & D Barker, Palmer Hill, Brampton.
