Longtown Store Sheep Sale Report

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart P.L.C. had forward 4,138 store hoggs, cast rams and ewes at their Annual Special Sale at Longtown on Tuesday 7th January 2014.

A large offering attracted a packed ring of buyers including many from a distance, all classes of hoggs sold at animated rates and short of requirements.
