Longtown Store Sheep Sale Report

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart PLC had forward a good show of 179 inlamb ewes and ewes with lambs and 917 store hoggs at their Sale at Longtown on Tuesday 25th March 2014.

Trade for all classes was buoyant and many more could be sold to advantage. Please note weekly sales will now commence with ewes and lambs at foot as from next Tuesday 1st April with stores to follow.
