Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report
The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart plc had forward 4,032 store hoggs and feeding ewes, also in lambers at their sale at Longtown on Tuesday 27th January 2015.
A very large entry for the time of year attracted more distant buyers, as a result all easily maintained last week’s extreme rates.

In lamb ewes were a small show with correct Greyface in lambers to £125 from Glenkiln Farms, many more could have easily been sold.
