Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers’ Mart plc had forward 2,567 store lambs at their weekly sale at Longtown on Tuesday 11th August, 2015.

Lambs were a super quality show, in particular the Mule wethers. A full ring of buyers present, including distant buyers, trade was buoyant throughout with all classes sharper.
