Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their first store lamb sale on Tuesday 21st July 2020.

A fantastic show of quality sold to a full ring of potential purchasers ensuring all classes sold to a blistering trade with several pens exceeding £90.

Topping the sale was an outstanding pen full of Beltex lambs consigned from Messrs JR & CJ Ward, Whitstonehill, Lockerbie realising £98. An overall sale average of £74.37 was achieved, being £12 up on the year.
