Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of ewes with lambs at foot at Longtown on Tuesday 9th May 2023.

Ewes and lambs sold to the dearest trade of the season, with more buyers in attendance. A strong entry sold to a trade well above vendors expectations. Selling to a top of £112 a head for a Texel ewe with single lamb at foot from Skiddaw View.
