Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report

C&D Auction Marts Ltd had forward 4,884 store lambs at their weekly sale at Longtown on Tuesday 8th August 2023.

A larger and good quality show of lambs attracted a full ring of buyers including more from a distance – Hereford, Yorkshire and Leicestershire being represented.

Trade on the whole would be sharper with all classes selling with ease.
