C & D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of ewes with lambs at foot, at Longtown on Tuesday 11th June 2024.

Shearlings with lambs at foot topped at £161 per life from J Browell & Sons, Quarry House, for a fantastic pen of Texel x Beltex Shearlings with Texel lambs at foot.

Ewes with lambs at foot topped at £136 a life also from J Browell & Sons, Quarry House for some powerful Texel x ewes with Twin lambs at foot.

A tremendous show of Hoggs and lambs on offer topping the sale was a pen of 10 Suffolk x Hoggs with Charolais x Lambs at foot realising £148 a life from TA Jackson, Midgeholm.

Mule Hoggs with Texel lambs a foot topped at £138 per life from R G Hutchinson & Son, Bayles.

Texel x Hoggs with Texel lambs at foot topped at £141 per life from J C Oliver, East Farm.
