937 Prime Lambs – more lamb’s forward but increased demand due to selling other parts of the country and trade very firm for all classes. Many lambs still short of condition and this reflected by fact there were very few lambs over 43Kg.

Top price of £92.50 paid for a pen of Suffolk X Lambs from Mr D Hyslop, Clydeside, Biggar they also made the days top price of 226p. Overall lamb average 200.2p a rise on the week.
