C&D Auctions held their weekly sale of prime sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 16th October 2024.

Prime lambs maintained recent rates with heavier lambs being wanted. Selling to £159 JR Jackson & Son, Newbarn with Suffolks,  W Slaven & Son, Foregirth sold Texel lambs at 318p/kg. Vendors are reminded to present lambs with clean tails.
