C&D Auctions held their weekly sale of prime sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 6th November 2024.
Prime lambs of all classes sold at much improved rates. Producers should take advantage of the increased competition ringside. Texel lambs sold to £191 from S Ewart & Son, Belridding top price of 344p/kg for Blue Texel lambs consigned by D Bell & Son, Hoddomtown
