C&D Auctions held their weekly sale of prime sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 9th April 2025.

Best hoggs maintained recent rates. A very mixed offering forward, Texel hoggs from R Laird, East Polquhirter sold to £165 and 376p/kg. Cast ewes and rams easily sold for all classes. C Halliday, Newton Bungalow sold Texel ewes at £345.
