Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart PLC held their Annual Sale of Suckled Calves & Store Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 17th October 2011 when they sold 878.

A very large ringside of buyers local and distant were in attendance. Trade for all classes easily exceeded seller’s expectations.

Spring born calves met a fantastic trade with

45 Bulls to 262.5p averaging 198.5p and £650
