Another grand show of hoggs with a better show for quality
forward resulting in a brisk trade throughout. The 3436 over 36kg
averaged 169p with the 1692 under 36kg averaging 163p. The sale was
topped at £100 3 times for Beltex from East Mains, Texels from
Harene and Suffolks from Hallburncroft. Top price per kilo was 205p
for Beltex lambs from East Mains.
