In the second week of May, C & D Mart continued to surprise
with numbers of Hoggs - 5,000 head again being forward.
Good fleshed hoggs easily upheld recent high rates with a sale average
of 238.9p per kilo. Many best hoggs regularly sold between 250p and
270p per kilo.
