STORE & BREEDING CATTLE REPORT


The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart had forward 220 store cattle at their fortnightly sale on Tuesday 1st September, 2009.

Store cattle were a good trade throughout the sale. Included in the sale was a dispersal of 60 cattle from Robert Carter, Parcelstown, which met a brisk trade to a top of £795 for a Charolais heifer.
