The
Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart PLC had forward 2,069
head of ewes with lambs at foot at their Annual Special Sale on
Tuesday 15th May, 2012.
Greyface (Mule) hoggs with lambs were a marvellous
show, with many consignments from the Eden Valley forward. Buyers
did not disappoint with trade at extreme prices. Judging was in
the capable hands of Mr Norman Bowe, Calvo, Silloth, who did an
excellent job. Capontree Veterinary Centre kindly sponsored the
show.
