prime lambs and 7,138 cast ewes & rams at their weekly sale at
Longtown on Thursday 9th August 2012.
A smaller, plainer show of prime cattle saw trade
a shade easier but still topped at 225.5p, 221.5p, 218.5p, 217.5p
for Limousin bullocks all shown by A & W J Taylor & Son,
Dashwellgreen. Limousin heifers sold to 215.5p from J & N Blaylock & Son,
Hallburn and purchased by Mr J Little.
